Collecting Your Tickets

The Canberra Theatre Centre is happy to mail your tickets to you, with the exception of concession and online tickets. All of our concession and online tickets can be collected from Canberra Ticketing located at the Canberra Theatre Centre Box Office.

For your convenience, Canberra Ticketing is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and 10am - 2pm on Saturdays. Canberra Ticketing is also open one hour prior to the start of performances for The Canberra Theatre, The Playhouse & The Courtyard studio.
