You would have received an Order Confirmation email from Canberra Ticketing when you purchased your ticket(s).
Search the performance name or your Order ID to locate the correct email in your inbox. This email contains important information regarding your chosen ticket delivery method:
- If you selected Venue Collect, your ticket(s) will be ready for you to collect from the Box Office.
- If you selected Print At Home, locate the separate email sent from Canberra Ticketing that contains your ticket(s). The PDF attachment containing your ticket(s) will need to be printed or open on your phone for checking.
- If you selected Email delivery (electronic ticket only), locate the email sent from Canberra Ticketing that contains your ticket(s). Please have the link to view your ticket(s) open on your phone. You also have the option to save your electronic ticket(s) to your Apple or Android wallet.
Please note that for some performances:
- Not all despatch methods will be available.
- Your tickets will only become available 72 hours before your performance, via the delivery method outlined in your order confirmation email.
