Purchasing Your Tickets

Canberra Ticketing endeavours to make your ticket purchasing experience as easy as possible.

Our opening hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm.

You can purchase tickets using one of the following methods:

  • Over the counter at the Box Office, which is located in the Canberra Theatre Centre foyer in Civic Square, London Circuit
  • By Phone: (02) 6275 2700 or
  • on this website.

Purchasing Guidelines:

  • The Canberra Ticketing accepts all major credit cards, cash or cheque.
  • Cheques will be accepted seven days prior to performance.
  • The Canberra Ticketing does not have eftpos facilities.
  • A transaction fee of $5.95 applies per transaction where stated.

COVID-19 Update: Wednesday 18 March 3pm

Canberra Theatre Centre will be closed to the public until 19 April in response to Coronavirus/COVID-19.  Ticketholders will be contacted by email regarding new performance dates or to issue a refund. We ask for your patience during this time. Read a statement from our Director
