A boundary-breaking dance celebration
All In is an uplifting celebration of the richness and power of dance as a community unifier. It reminds us that dance can connect us in ways few other things can, facilitating social connection, joy and reflection.
Award-winning contemporary dance company Dance Makers Collective (DMC) and Canberra Theatre Centre are thrilled to be presenting All In in collaboration with Belco Arts, celebrating the power of dance to unite communities.
In creating All In, DMC worked with almost 40 dancers and choreographers from a range of dance backgrounds, including traditional and classical dancers from different cultures, contemporary dancers, and street dancers.
Led by Director/Choreographer Miranda Wheen, All In features performances from Dance Makers Collective and local dance artists from Canberra including Project Dust, Apsaras Arts Canberra, and Quantum Leap Australia.
With incredible music by award-winning composer Fiona Hill, All In is a unique experience not to be missed and culminating in the best dance party you’ve ever been to. If the mood hits right, the dance just might spark you to join.
All In will take place at Belconnen Arts Centre.
