CDP presents Tall Stories’ magical musical adaptation of The Gruffalo’s Child.

One wild and windy night the Gruffalo’s Child ignores her father’s warnings about the Big Bad Mouse and tiptoes out into the deep dark wood. After all, the Big Bad Mouse doesn’t really exist… does he?

The team behind The Gruffalo, Room on the Broom and The 13-, 26-, 52-, 78- & 91-Storey Treehouses return with The Gruffalo’s Child, bringing together physical theatre, music and puppetry to deliver songs, laughs and scary fun for children aged 3 and up, and their adults…

This performance is part of our Discovery & Learning Education season that has designated shows just for school groups and their teachers. Below are the times and dates:

Pricing
$21.00 per student with 1 teacher free for every 15 students

Audience
Suitable for early learning centres and primary school students up to 8 years.

To maintain distance between patron groups, this performance will be seated in a checkerboard formation with empty seat/s between each party. Seats are arranged in groups of two. If you are purchasing an odd number of tickets, please select one or more groups of two seats and then select an additional single ticket from the neighbouring group of two. Please contact the Box Office on 6275 2700 after your purchase if you require assistance with seating your group together or if you have any questions about seating arrangements.

Events at Canberra Theatre Centre are held in accordance with the directions of ACT Health, and if there are changes to these directions we will provide updates via our website and through direct contact with ticket holders.

Concession prices not available for all shows. Where Concession prices are listed, proof of eligibility for Concession must be presented to Canberra Ticketing staff upon collection of tickets or full price may be charged. Eligible Concession may include Pensioner, Full Time Student, Seniors, Unemployed, Under 27 or Child (15 years and under) and are at the discretion of the show.
